If you have a worthy goal in mind that you want to obtain, no matter how big or small, you will benefit tremendously by following the three steps I am about to cover. Too often people get derailed long before achieving success. When I reference ‘success’, it can mean anything. Money, sports, relationships or whatever you are seeking to succeed at. Lets get right into it shall we?

Be Your Best, Not Better

Please never be better than anyone else. However, how successful you can do no better than anyone? I can not get better and now I have someone there? The answer is yes. But … I like to measure yourself to focus on someone unknown. The only things you can control when and how to prepare what to do. Why not prepare yourself to be better than others? It may be half of what you are.
Work Within Your Gifts

Your focus should be on what you can control. God gave you your height. There is nothing you can do about that. In basketball, I can’t control if my opponents are taller than me. But I can control how well I dribble or pass. Maximize the area you can control, and practice. Repetition is a huge area of preparation.

Preparation Is King.

The best way to prepare for facing adversity have to remind you. What can you learn from this? The growth comes only out of need to learn how to identify what works and what does not? Let the other guy to avoid adversity. They embrace, and harvest all the knowledge you can from him. Since we do not have the ability to go in the future, you have the things you do today to concentrate. The things that you (or not do) is what shapes the future. If you recognize your mistakes and correct them and build on your strengths today, you find yourself consistently to the success of position.
To resist the temptation to celebrate the ending or stay around
The last step is to avoid peaks and valleys. You must look at your goal as a war with many battles to be fought. You will lose some along the way. If you allow yourself to get discouraged, you may drop your intensity and quit or lose. Likewise, if you experience a victory, you could allow yourself to ‘peak’ and celebrate as if the war was won. All this does is pervert reality. Your celebration distracts from the real objective which hasn’t been achieved yet. I’m not saying don‘t feel good about a victory, what I’m saying is don‘t let down your guard and lose sight of whats really important. Maintain balance physically and emotionally. I laugh when I see football players beating their chest and exalting themselves after one good play. Then the next play they get beaten for a touchdown. Wouldn’t that make you look stupid? The final score is the key, not the play. This is what separates good teams and players fro great ones. Being Honest With Yourself To Identify Area Of Opportunity The bottom line is this. Focus on being the best you can be. Don’t settle for being better than someone else. The way to do it is to prepare by being honest about your weaknesses. Use past adversity to learn how you handled something well and how you could have done better. Stay balanced and measure your progress every day.

Yours in Success,

Ben Bradley

One of the values of a good Time Management System is that it helps you separate the good use of your time from the less effective uses. This comes into play when we have to deal with days where we are busy, but not productive. From the onset, being busy is not what we want; running around working hard, at whatever comes across our desk is not a recipe for success.
Being Busy
Days of hard work, hard to achieve, was the date we were forced to end up frustrated at the end of the day yet, to move our agenda along is something very reached. That is why we can agenda; to help you plan, plan our days so you can think of to go to achieve it must be done and when we do that soon. The purpose of follow good time management system, we have to have a plan, I'd like to work the plan.
Being frantic and hectic does nothing in the long run to help us achieve and realize our goals. We want to achieve the following: being productive. What is not going to benefit us is just being hectic and running around, this leads to nothing of real value for us, except perhaps by accident.
Being Productive
This is what we want is productivity, we have made means we have to do is to move closer, in order to achieve our agenda, in our daily lives and our long-term plans and goals. If you do not plan, then you're just in the event and the people around who do not soft. When you allow this to happen, the woman was wrapped in the activities of people in other countries is the best that can happen to you, this is not an attractive idea.
Accomplish what you set out to have many advantages, is a more success brings new success. If you are in a groove to see things work out for you, you tend to continue to do what is right for you. Time management is an acquired taste, some people turn their nose at the mere mention of him, and others will latch on, it works and then to a lawyer to convert one of him. Is the value of a good system that helps to focus and keep your eyes on the ultimate prize, you and your productivity and your happiness.
We hope to be able to do as much as possible is to have full, busy, as well as the means of production days. How do we do? Self-management, no I do not have spelling errors, we need to control and manage our time, and management, while its own. Once we separated we want to do, and we must be disciplined to do what we have to do themselves. This is what we wanted to show some discipline and some key points to keep the influence and interference, and get the business. This is a very good time management system is worth the weight of gold, which will not only help to build your plan, to follow, it is designed to make your course and focus on the task at hand.
Easier said than done, it is a long process and made longer if we are not aware of the implications. The days that we get what we want to get done are the days that we are closer to where we want to be. The days that will allow other people, other events and other Agendas to prevail, we a have taken a step backwards. We have only so much time, energy and resources at our disposal, we need to be sure that we make the best use of these limited, non renewable assets.

Successful goal selection stems from our inner perceptions and the congruence of our actions. If what we want and how we go about accomplishing our goals is incongruent, then we are likely to experience a degree of self-sabotage.

Success in order to select when you put those intentions and actions can be achieved must be committed to the goal. The event, which results in the desire to be handled by your choice of target effectively is important to actually take time to consider.

Ask yourself these 3 questions when contemplating a goal:

Do I truly WANT what I think I want?

Do I earnestly BELIEVE that I can achieve my goal?

Do I deeply feel that I DESERVE to have what I want?

It's certainly better to be clear about your answers to these questions, but to go and then have nagging doubts. Otherwise, it may become a candidate for self-sabotage. So, how will explore your true intentions, so that eventually your actions will be successful alignment?

The answer is to take a close look at your real intentions, your level of belief, and your feelings about deserving the outcome. Let?s take a look at each of these points.

Browse through your true intentions. Why are you in this particular action goals? What is your goal or ideas of others? Is 100% of the target you want? With time to consider this basic step is very important, could mean the difference between success and disappointment.

Discover your level of faith. Furthermore, will the goal, you know really believe that the goal is achievable? Do you think that this is deeply important enough to you to go after it? Have you thought about the tools and resources you need for positive action? Can you commit to what is necessary to achieve the desired results?

Worth exploring the results of your feelings. While this may seem strange, if you do not think you are completely and is a success, all the time and effort simply does not make achieving them.

If you want the goal and believe in it, but no doubt as to whether it is worthy of success, understand why you feel that way. Most likely, when addressed honestly, you can resolve this issue and move on.

It is absolutely wonderful when the intentions and your actions in line and you know you want a goal, believe in it, and deserve. But if not consciously deal with these key elements, it is possible to sabotage your good-goal attempts.

In summary, a well-structured goal is important to create a clear path to a desired result, but exactly the right target selection is perhaps even more critical. This also means that the intention of the goal and measures for their implementation must match. Pursuing a ill-conceived objective is crucial for self-sabotage. Learning to be a successful target of selection is essential to set goals.

Suzie has a goal for success and more money. On the inside, however, there was resistance to reaching her goal. By asking specific questions, we began to unravel the mystery. Discovering the root belief to success and money was important.
Started to process her feelings when Susie, we normally take the necessary steps to prevent her old convictions found to reach their goals. Susie and she had been working a lot of personal growth and I had already solved the problem of her childhood.
When we discussed the resistance, there was a series of events which happened. We focused on one specific event which she identified as having the biggest impact on her life.
Suzie learned it was not safe to ask for what she needs. In fact, at a very young age she began to take care of her parent’s needs. She was so young and didn’t really know how, but tried to do the best she could to make them happy.
You can imagine, Susie is a great to take care of someone else to take care of, but it is her too tired. We began to work on re-planning their own beliefs and values. She can recall her relationship with his parents, and saw some not the same, and now she is an adult. She admitted that she has a great relationship with their parents change as they become larger.
Suzie focused on releasing old beliefs which prevented her from asking for what she needs. She began to formulate new beliefs which supported her goals for success and money. She was amazed at the connection between her childhood and her current circumstances.
She really thought that she had resolved these issues years ago. Most likely she did resolve many aspects of this issue through previous personal growth work. When she made the decision to grow her business, new aspects about her childhood arose. It doesn’t mean she didn’t resolve her issues earlier, she did. Making the choice to grow her practice triggered different aspects of her childhood. Now was the time for her to be looking at them in order to continue doing her work.

Your internal beliefs drive either action or inaction. To make matters worse, as with the inconsistencies and the disconnect between your values and your goals will help destroy.

Bringing the unconscious to the conscious is powerful. Choose your beliefs. Determine which values continue to apply to your current life and circumstances. Values are fluid. They can be changed as you change.
Decide if you want to reframe some of your core values with something more appropriate for present circumstances and goals. Making the choice to take inventory of your core values is empowering. Take control by making a conscious choice.
Successful goals to your values. Look at your goals. Instead of listing the activities that you need to take to focus on these goals, the behavior of the changes you want to make to the congruence between what you say you want to do for yourself and what you do about it to achieve what happen to create.
